Big Van Small Move uses the information you send us to assess your job, provide a quote, arrange and complete a booking, and respond to your questions. This policy applies to enquiries made through this website.

What we collect

Our quote form asks for your name, mobile number, pickup and delivery details, preferred date, job description and access information. You may also provide an email address, listing link, photos and notes. Our web server may record basic technical information such as your IP address and request time for security and troubleshooting.

How we use and share it

We use these details only for the enquiry and any related service. Enquiries are sent to our email provider and may be handled by people helping us deliver the job. We do not sell your information. We may disclose it when required by law or to protect our rights and customers.

Storage and retention

Enquiry details and any photos are transmitted to our email inbox; they are not intended to be stored in a public website gallery. We keep them for as long as reasonably needed to manage the enquiry, booking, records or a dispute, then delete them when no longer required. Email and hosting providers may process information outside New Zealand.

Your choices

If website analytics is enabled, it may use cookies or similar identifiers to measure visits and actions such as quote submissions and contact-link clicks. We will update this notice when the analytics service is activated or if our enquiry or CRM setup changes.
